Outcome

The immersive event series kicked off with the Corporate Culture Event, leading to two more successful events due to high engagement. Employees participated enthusiastically in various activities and games throughout the series. For instance, the "Floor is Lava" game during the Innovation Month 2022 event recorded a staggering 1,658 plays. These events celebrated key milestones, reinforcing EGA's dedication to innovation, brand identity, and employee engagement.

Inside the metaverse experience

We used HoloFair for our virtual event. It made the event for our employees more interesting and interactive. We were able to host, visit virtual exhibits, engage in a fun treasures hunt contest and engage with other participants in the virtual platform.
