Background
In line with the UAE's commitment to leading in digital innovation, the Ministry of Economy envisioned a third address to accompany its existing Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations. This digital space aimed to extend the Ministry's services worldwide, allowing seamless interaction for governments, businesses, and individuals from any location.

Pursuing its goal of digital transformation, the Ministry set its sights beyond the conventional 2D web presence. The ambition was to introduce an immersive 3D space, mirroring the practical functionality of their physical offices, yet enriched with interactive capabilities and dynamic resources. With versatility in mind, the space aimed to easily accommodate frequent annual events, serving as a dynamic and innovative extension of the Ministry's digital engagement.

In collaboration with the Ministry, HoloFair developed an immersive 3D web headquarters, carefully designed with several key features:
A futuristic multi-level 3D environment was set in space, where each floor served a unique purpose.
Visitors received warm greetings from the Ministry's Customer Happiness Officers, depicted as real-time avatars, who guided them through a service ticketing system.
The space included interactive elements like holographic falcons and whales, images of UAE leaders on the walls, interactive screens for displaying content, and a holographic presenter in one of the auditoriums.
Private meeting rooms with screen-sharing were available for confidential discussions.
A state-of-the-art main auditorium was designed for hosting large virtual events, from conferences to ceremonies.
A large 3D exhibition area hosted over 15 exhibitor booths for sharing information.
The space also integrated unique features such as document signing for easy collaboration and interaction.
